My therapist calls it social nutrition. Going out and seeing people is good for us. I wish 10 years ago Andrea could see you now! 🚀❤️

I was thinking of you while I was writing this-- never forget "Good, you have enough friends." ;) Thank you, it's been a wild ride, JF, and I appreciate you.

Hi Andrea, certainly enjoyed reading this! Glad to hear that you’re drawing… is it a weekly class you’re taking? Great way to meet new people! And aqua cardio… good for you!

Sounds like your new home in Vermont is working out for you. I’m happy for you❣️ You’re right about the time it takes to make a close friend and, happily, I have a few friends that have been in my life for close to fifty years (though it doesn’t take THAT long) Sadly some of my dear friends have passed but I cherish them all and the memories we’ve made. Thanks for your reminder to appreciate friends. They do help us get through life. Happy Valentines Day, Andrea❣️

Thank you, Mrs. O'Brien! It's a weekly figure drawing night, Tuesdays from 6-8 pm. I did some figure drawing in college and it's been great to get back into it. I started going just to get out of the house when I first moved here and now it's a regular part of my week. I'll share some of my drawings soon. :)

Hope you're doing well too! It took a bit to settle in but I feel really lucky to have met amazing people and found my groove.
